So far so good.
I had my 1st check up at the 10 week mark. I had gained *gasp* 9 POUNDS! I have no idea where it came from!!! But this morning I weighed in at home, and had lost 4 of those pounds. Thank goodness! I have plenty of time to gain weight...no need to rush!
We couldn't hear the heartbeat at my check up, I was told it was still a bit early, so we will try again at 12 weeks.
As far as exercise....Zumba is going well. I have noticed I need to drink more water during class, and a LOT more after! I also have noticed I get warmer. Thank goodness for the industrial farm fan we have at the gym! I have been slacking on my kettlebell, but I have been sick. I am starting to feel a lot better, so I will be getting back into it on Monday. I can't wait!
I have added Yogalates to my routine. Once a week, Thursday nights, one hour at the gym. It is a phenomenal class! It was just enough abs to remind me I have them, and lots of stretching, which my body craves. My hips ached so badly last night. Signs of things to come, eh?
Otherwise things are going well. Just working, trying to clean, and growing a baby :)
